1) Firstly decide what your new blog is going to be about. Research the topic so as to make it easier to decide which blogging software is suitable for your topic.
2) Search the blogging software in a search engine such as "Google Blog search". Find the right blog software suitable to your own ability and your topic.
3) Read and follow the instructions of your new blog site to design and create your layout and theme. If having trouble search for further instructions on "youtube" which show you step by step actions on how to create a blog. Finally finish by keeping records of your blogs URL and password so as you don't lose all your work.
4) Make your blog interesting. Choose a theme, a layout, font and add pictures if needed so as to attract people to respond to your blog and make it aesthetically pleasing.
5) Finally Spellcheck and edit your blog so that it has no mistakes and is ready for viewing by the public. Then make sure you let people know it is there so as to generate feedback.
